Pregnant or no?

Question

Yesterday in the afternoon I took a Walgreens test - was faintly positive. 
Today I took a dollar store and a first response and they were both negative. 
I am 4 days late (never late) and nauseous all around everything. My nose is going crazy with smells. 
Has anyone gotten a BFP with the same situation?! TIA!!

I would give it a few more days just to be safe my first pregnancy I dident get a positive till I was about 2 weeks late

I think certain test require a certain amount of HCG to be able to be detected so I would test with a first response. I always seem to see the most accurate on those.
