TMI Pic - Bleeding! Help!!!

I'm 3 weeks pp and my bleeding slowed down quite a bit. For the past week I've been wearing a panty liner all day and just having minimal bleeding. Well yesterday I started bleeding again and it's bright red. Is this normal? Idk if I should go to the doctor or let it pass. I'm EBF so it may or may not be my period.
