Test negative yesterday, still experiencing weird symptoms

Well I still have the milky discharge, sore breast, lower back aches and cramps. And EXTREMELY exhausted, I tested yesterday and got a BFN. Aunt flow is due in five days. Don’t know if this is before my period symptoms or what but I have never experienced this before
