Single mom

My boyfriend broke up with me when I told him I was 11 weeks pregnant (that's when I found out). And I moved away and back in with my parents. The father is now married and wants nothing to do with our son. Our son is 2 months today. He refused to put his name on the BC and doesn't want me to tell him about him. Everyone says to have him sign away his parental rights and then I hear go after him for child support. I have a boyfriend who treats my son as his own. And he doesn't have any kids. What should I do?
