Yeast infection (?) and constant UTIs? Please help

I’ve been to a few doctors and I need to get in for this what I believe is a YI, I’ve never had one before. It started with itching with the labia majora and now it looks like it has a chemical burn and feels like I have a UTI. It did start after a regiment of doxycycline?? Any thoughts? Again I’ve never had a YI so I don’t know.

I do also get UTIs ALL THE TIME. I do all the preventative stuff and I still get at least one every 2 months. What am doing wrong?! Please help. I’m so stressed out and feel so disgusting all the time. I don’t know what to do anymore.
