Has anyone else had this problem

So I’ve notice I’ve had more discharge then normal but when I pee I wipe in when I stand up to pull my pants up i leak idk if I’m peeing myself or what it is never had this issue before....I’ve also notice the these last few days I’ve been super swollen too today I wasn’t on my feet much and I went grocery shopping and can home in my feet hurt so bad n r swollen and also my hands are swollen too also never experienced this in my previous pregnancy..

Any one else haven these issue ?
