Wondering if any women had experience with weight gain while on the iud birth control?

I did not gain weight with the Mirena. My good friend was always bloated on the copper one

No. I had 2 mirenas back to back for about 12 years total.

I gained 15kgs with mirena. I was able to lose 10kgs over 2.5 months with a strict diet. I couldn't move the other 5kgs. Until about 6 months it just started coming off on its own. I wasn't doing anything different. I think my body was finally getting use to the progesterone. I never had this problem when I was on the pill

I’m on Mirena and I gained 20lbs in the first 3 weeks on it. Since then I haven’t gained though and I’ve now been on it for 6 months.
