Overkill?

So I was on NuvaRing from June 2008 to August 2013 then Mirena from August 2013 to September 2017. I developed ereythma nodosum and cramping so I had the Mirena removed and switched to Lo Loestrin Fe. Stopped all birth control October 1st, 2018. Prior to any birth control (way back in 2008) I had irregular periods so when we started TTC I started taking pregnitude and vitex. I’ll run out of vitex this week and now I’m wondering is this overkill? Cycles are averaging about 37 days. I seem to be ovulating based on bbt and OPKs as well as CM. Thoughts?
