Yep, especially when I’ve been sitting all day at work. I try to go for a walk at lunchtime or a swim after work - the swim seems to help

Yes! It’s gotten worse and comes earlier with each pregnancy for me. This time it’s all lower back and intense SI joint pain that affects my walking if I’ve been sitting awhile.
Let me know if you find any remedies! I’ve tried foam rolling, prenatal massage and baths so far.
