Should I tell my ex

So this guy was trying to talk to me on insta and he’s friends with my ex/baby daddy. I told my ex that he was messaging me ,ever since I told him he’s been calling me asking me about him and seeing if I blocked him .

I his friend that I’m still in love with my ex (which I am) and that I still want to be with him , should I show him the screw shot of the message or should I just keep that to myself .
