Positive OPK Negative HCG

I am 8 days dpo according to glow. I my OPKs did get darker around ovulation prediction but I didn’t have one that I would say was a definitive positive... did a test for both OPK and HCG out of curiosity . My cycles are 31 days exactly. Every month. I’m cycle day 27 today. What does this mean? Could I be ovulating this late?!?
