I personally wouldnt use it because of the incline. It's the same reason babies shouldnt be left in car seats, that angle isnt good for their breathing. They should be laid down flat.

I have it! Haven’t used it yet. It does lay flat. It’s much bigger than I thought but I like it so far the only thing I don’t like is it isn’t portable. It doesn’t fold up or collapse.
