Baby Shower!!

I've never felt more spoiled, pampered, or loved in my life ladies. My family is not big or very close. So my shower for my 9 year old was small, but fun. Wasn't extravagant or over the top either. So thats the norm I have always known. And ive always been grateful for what we have had. But man... This time... well hubby's family spared no expense and pulled out all the stops. I got almost everything off my Amazon registry, tons and tons of baby clothes, and most importantly soo much love and support from all these people. A lot of whom hadn't even met me prior to yesterday! We got the crib, the glider/ottoman set I realllly wanted, the pack n play, stroller/car seat combo, high chair, some handmade blankets(Beautiful!!!), TONS of diapers, enough children's books to start my Zoey a little library, lots of gift cards too... man I am soo overwhelmed with positive emotions these last few days. The venue was beautiful and the food was amazing. I've never had something made so much about showing ME love and support, it was really made all about me. And my 9 year old was very much included which was so sweet. I really almost cried while opening gifts bc i was so touched and felt so overwhelmed with love. I couldnt believe my fiance's family were so amazing. People I haven't ever met til yesterday kept telling me they can't believe how pretty I am or how great I look etc. I truly had THE BEST DAY! So grateful for this amazing, caring, thoughtful, and welcoming family that now considers me one of their own.
