Breastfeeding while sick

Hey ladies. My little guy and I have been under the weather for about a week. Pediatrician said it’s nothing serious yet but to keep an eye out for a few things so I am vigilant. He doesn’t have a fever but I do slightly (100.4). However, he refuses to breastfeed today. And when I pump I can’t get more than 1,5 ounce in 30 min. And I have to keep switching breasts or else milk just stops coming out. I got so worried about him being hungry I actually fed him formula. Anyone else encountered anything like this? I am worried and I’m gonna go see our pediatrician tomorrow if they can get me in but in the meantime thought I’d ask fellow moms.
