Still bleeding after later miscarriage ?

I had a miscarriage at 15 weeks on December 28th. I also had a D&C and still bleeding. Its period like with a few small clots! It’s been 5 weeks now. Any similar experiences or should I schedule an appointment?

If you’ve been bleeding for 5 weeks you should definitely call your OBGYN or whichever doctor you followed up with. This happened to me and doctors believed that there was retained products of conception, that the D&C was not entirely successful. This or polyps are usually suspected to be the reason for prolonged bleeding.
