Could I be pregnant?

I have gotten the same bbt for the last three days, about 5 days ago my bbt dropped to 96.4 and has been 97.1 since, I have taken several tests, all of which come back neg, could I still be pregnant even if my pee sticks say no?

I tested 8, 10, 12, and 14 dpo all bfn.  I tested positive at 16 dpo, but my doctor says I ovulated later than I thought.  I'm now 7 weeks 1 day with twins but based on my last period should be 8 weeks tomorrow.  I'm measuring about 5 days behind what I thought I was.

I've been testing and they are all negative, a friend of mine said that with her youngest she had periods and negative tests the entire time she was pregnant, I just don't want to end up one of those girls that suddenly end up in the er giving birth
