PI'll string pinatas for a 3 yr old?

My daughter's 3rd birthday is Sunday, September 6th. My mom is asking if she can buy her one of those pull string Pinatas. Do any of you think she's too young for one, or of age to start having Pinatas at her party? If she did buy one, we wouldn't put candies in it, but some stickers and small toys. Any input is appreciated!

Thank you for your input! I remember having Pinatas growing up, I just don't remember what age I started getting them for my birthdays.

I don't think she's too young. We've done a normal piñata every year and my daughter just turned 3 a few days ago. She was able to swing the little bat this year on her own but we (as expected) had to help her at 1 and 2.

What's a pull string piñata the only piñatas I know of are the ones you hit with a stick
