If you do, how much weight did you gain during your pregnancy and what number child is it for you?

I gained 50Lbs and it’s my first.

#1, 25 lbs, did exercises afterwards to help it. #2, 25lbs. I have not done anything but make an effort to tighten my core when needed.

I gained 25 pounds and this is my first.  Am working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist to fix it.

One child she’s 2 and I gained a lot ! Started out at 117 and got to 150!!! My  stomach is flat but have a small pooch at the lower part of my stomach and I can feel my muscles  have separated. Use to bother me but it’s just part of me and having a baby ☺️
