So these are my contractions, (I’m almost 34 weeks) they’ve been going on for almost 2 hours now but mostly in my back I’ve barely done anything today & I’ve been drinking water all day. I’ve tried laying down and a warm bath but nothings helping. I just don’t know if I should call my midwife or not

Little update; now I’m nauseous and I had a medium size fish of liquid and now I keep getting smaller gushes every now and then
