Working Out
I've been doing P90x3 (yoga and pilates only) for the past couple months before I got pregnant. I just found out yesterday that I am so I also got a Tracy Anderson pregnancy workout DVD.
When should I stop doing my normal exercises and switch to pregnancy only? I'm 3 weeks 1 day today and feel great- the routines I'm doing are very low intensity but I also don't want to hurt my little one.
