Overproduction
I have such a crazy overproduction and I totally would say mama's exclusively breastfeeding do NOT pump that totally ruined my milk supply and the being able to normally feed my baby from the breast for awhile. I use a breast shield and the beginning of breastfeeding because my let down is to much for my little girl and then at the end I take it off and let her latch on normally. Does anyone else struggle with a strong letdown and overproduction of milk?
