Nope, unnecessary. It may help to soothe symptoms of a yeast infection, as my midwife told me, but it is not meant to be a regular thing.
Just use warm water and a wash cloth. Not even soap is necessary, and if you do use it, it should be a mild (unscented) soap.

The first time I tried it I thought it worked pretty well but the second time I wasn’t so positive. I don’t mind it but make sure your diet is good too and you’re drinking water and stuff
