Okay this stuff happened a while ago (like 4 years ago & before that). Okay so you know how closets have that white pole which is where you hang your clothes, do you think beating your kid with that is abuse? Beating them with the broom until it bends/breaks in 1/2 would you consider that to be abuse? Grabbing your child by the hair & swinging them around (I was probably in 5th or 6th). Choking your kids, throwing a PS3 at them multiple times, is that abuse? Threatening to cut their throat, cut their nose off, threatening to break their hands, arms, & legs. Throwing a glass cup/bottle at them while they’re in the backseat.

I think it was abuse, what are your thoughts? Do you also believe it was abuse?

It wasn’t even a good reason to beat your kid with a pole, grab them by their hair, punch them, & throw the PS3 at them... just for going to the park. (It happened the summer before 7th grade). He beat my brother aswell, the PS3 (I think) caused him to have a gash on his head, he broke/sprained his finger, he tried to beat him the next day too, he tried stomping on him.

My mom didn’t care, she continued cooking & being in the kitchen while we were locked in the room getting beat. She actually helped trap us.

I’m now 17 & are a junior.

Edit- It’s been a while since my dad has hit me but my older brother does beat me & my brothers sometimes & for no reason. I literally hate him. He’s 23 and muscular (maybe hes 200lb) and I’m 5’0 and weigh 92 pounds. I hate living at home because of him. My parents *mainly my mom because my dad isn’t usually home* don’t care and let him beat us all they say is “he’s your older brother” like um? That isn’t okay weird bitch.

Edit 2- I don’t have anywhere to go, don’t have a job (have been looking for a while though), I do have money though like $6,000 in my bank acct. and 2,000 cash. I hope I find a job soon and are able to move out by the time I’m 18😒 I can’t move out now because I’m 17 still go to school have one more year left. I don’t have friends or family to stay with. At least he (my older brother) doesn’t beat me often... it shouldn’t happen at all though 😒 somethings wrong with his weird ass, he needs to move out. He’s coming back from Florida soon & I’m definitely not looking forward to him coming back.
