Freaking out

I just found out today I’m pregnant!!! So hard to be excited right now because I just can’t deal with what I have gone through the last year with the mc. I haven’t told my husband and debating on if I will tell him before or after sonogram. This will be baby #2 for us and last time we went to dr for first appointment it was rough emotionally bc we were losing the baby. I’m just really nervous right now and trying not to get excited AT ALL!!!!! Any encouragement is welcome.
