Second C-Section experiences?

I’m terrified of having another C-Section. Just knowing they have to cut into the same scar grosses me out and gives me really bad anxiety. I’m also scared of the pain afterwards. I know it’s probably going to hurt more. Please let me know how it was for you, and be honest. Thankyou❤️

I have had 3 and the first was the worst they stapled me. The next 3 x I had my doctor sew me from the inside out. Recovery was easy no issues with pain. Try to relax nerves can get the best of you, and it's hard to sleep the night before so ask for something from your ob. Talk with your doctor about your feelings they might have other options. Wish you the best.

I just had my 6th csection in September and then a total hip replacement surgery in January you will be ok, sure it hurts but you know what to expect and what your strengths are you got this!

No experience for you, sorry. I’m a FTM. But all I can say is that our bodies were designed wonderfully. You will heal if you treat your body well and nurture it. Start looking at natural ways to help with the healing and pain management.

I’m so sorry you have to go through that again. I absolutely hated my c-sections. But anyway, if you have to for your baby then it’s worth it. If having a vbac is not an option and you are nervous about having another, then maybe try some meditation techniques to bring you some tranquility.
As for the process itself, try not to overthink it. It’s beyond your control and if the thought of it grosses you out then you’re just causing yourself undue anxiety. Good luck to you, praying for a healing, healthy, and happy birth for you ❤️
