Please be careful putting breast milk on babies faces. Skin is okay but I have seen a lot of babies with terrible eye infections from getting breast milk in their eyes!

Breast milk && or coconut oil (just a tad bit) also try washing babies face with organic soap ..

Baby acne is super common and related to hormones. It will clear up on its own once the baby's hormones are more regulated and your hormones are out of his/her system. Better to not put anything on baby's skin unless really necessary.
