Lower back pain? Almost 17 weeks

I am 16.6 weeks pregnant and today in the  I held my 2.5 year old a lot, he’s 32lbs and since then my left lower back has been hurting me a lot, like I can’t stand for long, I don’t have any cramps but it’s bothering me, im thinking of calling my doctor in the morning if the pain don’t stop, im just worried

Had lower back pain in 2nd trimester and I wasn’t even carrying anything heavy. It was just the uterus growing and pulling on my back. My guess is that you’re having the same issue.

I looked up on YouTube prenatal exercises for lower back pain & found some really good ones it has actually helped a lot ! One of my favorite is hip circles while sitting on the yoga ball & a stretch called cat & cow really simple & easy & helped me a lot

My back started hurting around 9 weeks, I got to the point where I was just crying yelling for help , my OB send me to do Physical Therapy 2x a week for 29 weeks. After about 12 sessions I felt better (even though I don’t have 2 Intervertebral Disks)

Im 17 weeks and i have a lot of lower back pain i also have had severe lower bac pain with my last pregnancy 
I think its just a normal pregnancy thing but it doesn't hurt to call to be in tje safe side 
Try to take it easy and if you can use a heating pad they have helped me a lot
