Spinal Stenosis, Cervical radiculopathy or something else?

I’m getting a MRI on lower back to see what’s causing my pain and was wondering if anyone experience these symptoms,If so what was the causing & what worked to help the pain/discomfort...

P.S I’m 24 and a mom of two and I have scoliosis and have migraines with aura

Upper right side back tingling, neck discomfort, elbow & shoulder pain, lower back pain, hip leg pain and knee tightness...

Also tightness of hands & feet (fingers/toes)
