Sexual violence for entertainment
So, sexual violence (especially against women) is often depicted in films and TV shows. These scenes often have little to no bearing on the actual story line and are often added for entertainment/shock factor. Do you think this should be acceptable? Me personally when a sexually violent scenes starts that’s when I turn a program off. I don’t think there is any need to sensationalise or perhaps even normalise sexual violence 🤷♀️
