Husband vasectomy? Period late!

My husband had a vasectomy done over 10 year s ago.. can the procedure reverse itself? is it possible to still get pregnant?
Edit: I have been taking birth control for many many years and just stopped 2 months ago. We have no kids, we are looking to get it reversed soon to try for little ones!
