So I’m just kinda paranoid and need some sort of piece of mind. It’s been almost 4 days since I got my wisdom teeth out and I got worried about if I dislodged my blood clot at all cuz it was from pretty much covering the whole area where my bottom left wisdom tooth was on day 1 to it barely being there on day 2. I know you would feel lots of awful pain if you did have a dry socket, but is that pain immediate? Or does it start kinda mild and then just gets progressively worse. I see some white parts in my gums but I’m not sure if those are just my stitches or something else.
