Braxton Hicks... or real thing...

Every night I have contractions and they’ll last the entire night. They are never super close together which is why I don’t go to the hospital. Probably between 25-40 minutes apart but they happen all night every night.. the strongest ones occur when I’m switching positions. They each last about 1-3 minutes... anyone else experiencing this? If so, how do you relieve the pains?
