Glow predicted my ovulation date yesterday and my temp this morning had a huge rise but I went out drinking last night at a super bowl party & still have lots of EWCM today. Do you think I could have ovulated yesterday or would this be a higher temp because of the drinking / restless sleep? 
- I don’t think you get EWCM after you have ovulated right?

Ewcm O+1 isn’t too unusual. O+2 however suggests maybe the original O date was wrong.

It could be either, but yes, having alcohol in your system will keep temps elevated instead of letting them fall during the night. Because the temp is not reliable, you should operate as if you haven’t ovulated. If you’re TTC, then have sex. If you’re avoiding pregnancy, then don’t or use a barrier method.
