Do my temps confirm ovulation?

New to charting & I know you need 3 higher temps after the dip but does today’s temp confirm ovulation occurred or not because of the drop? 
Also how accurate does bbt detect real ovulation? I know I get an LH surge but I learned you can get a + opt and not actually ovulate, is that the case for bbt also?

In short, you O cd17. The slight dip is normal. Recommend you read up on bbt.

Agree about O day being CD17. 
Ideally, you look for three days of temps at least 0.2 higher than the previous six days. 
Temperature charting is much more reliable than OPKs because like you said, you can get a positive OPK and not actually ovulate or you can get a positive OPK and ovulate but for some women it’ll be that day and for others, it’ll be a day or two later. 
I think charting is the best way to go and adding in OPKs is a great tool to help prepare for O and pinpoint timing.
