This is my first month charting as recommended by my fertility doctor as I was diagnosed with PCOS earlier this month. I am on my first round of Letrozole from cycle day 3-7. I don’t quite understand this whole thing, and nobody I ask (family & friends) seem to know either. It’s been up & down, I’ve taken it at the same time each morning before I’ve left the bed to do anything (as recommended) - But now it’s been the same temp for the last three days? Is that normal? Can anyone help. I don’t know if I ovulated and I don’t know why it has been the same temp for three days. Honestly, any insight would help as I feel clueless!
