So I made a post yesterday in a diff group, but I am going to begin the transition today.

My question, when you slowly introduce it, do you mix it WITH formula? Or just give them a few oz of milk, then make some formula? I was considering just giving him whole milk with his meals for now to get him started.

Sorry first time mom here 😂 trying my best to avoid constipation! Also, he’s 11 months & yes, his doctor had ok’d the introduction.
