Can I get pregnant without testing positive on an OPK?

We've been TTC since May. I've had a chemical in May and July. This month I started using the Wandfo Ovulation test. I never got a solid line that was darker than the test line. Since I thought I didn't ovulate this month, I've been having wine with my dinner this past week. Today I tested and got a faint positive.

You can, you could have missed the surge with the strips. Don't worry about the wine,  many doctors say drink till it's pink, you don't share blood flow until 6-8 weeks (I think it's 6). Do you have a pic of the test?
