Sore breasts

For those of you who got a BFP and felt sore breasts as an early symptom.. can you describe the soreness? How sensitive were they? At what times did you feel the sensitivity/ soreness? I have never experienced this before but keep hoping I will one day before a BFP. Any insight would be helpful.
