Anyone else have the Paraguard? Just got mine today

Got it right before I got married, then 6 months later got pregnant...with the paragard still in!! 🤯 We now have a wonderful 3 year old son because I was the 0.04% that get pregnant with the paraguard! Haha

I had one for three years. Had it taken out to ttc. It took 4 1/2 years to conceive. Parts of the copper were missing when it was removed. It’s not uncommon. It also delayed my periods, which is a reported side effect. They did not go back to normal afterwards. It’s not uncommon for woman to develop PCOS after having an IUD. Look on Facebook for copper IUD side effects. I definitely will not be having another IUD. Too scary.
