I'm not sure if I'm really anorexic or not. I dont actually look very boney but I eat very little and whenever I do eat i seem to think only about the calories and I always feel very bad after. I've lost 5kg since august. I don't want to go spiraling into the bad path of anorexia I just don't know how to help myself. Has anyone experienced something like this and do you have some advice for me?
