8mo fever

My 8month old started a Fever around 11am, & its now 2pm, I have baby Tylenol on hand just in case but will call my pedi first if he spikes to a certain degree as he suggested last visit before giving him a dose. It's spiked at 101.4 around noon and has come down a bit. He hasnt had a Fever like this with his first 3 teeth and I am here to bounce ideas off of anyone who has some to share... though I can't tell if it's another tooth or not. (Each one has cropped up like a Sunday surprise). He's slept the whole day away except for the first 20min this morning getting up when I noticed he looked fatigued and not his usual happy morning self. I've been nursing, giving him ample skin to skin, and a bottle of water. And wiping him down with a cool rag. Anything else you Mamas would suggest?
