Help me I’m confuseddd!!!!

Well my parents usually have sex while I’m sleeping. And there were many times I saw them because we slept next to each other. The last time was 2 days ago, I saw them have sex and I was suddenly quiet for awhile. Also I can still hear my mom moan omg!!! I need help, what should I do?!!! Should I tell them or not?!! Should I need a sleeping pill before go for a sleep? Omg!!
