Weather is nice today so decided to get out for a walk. After about 15 minutes I started getting severe pain in my right lower abdomen wrapping around to my back. Constant severe pain hard to breathe through. Found somewhere to sit and it got a bit better and finally made it back home. Laying down now and pain is better but still there. I’ve been getting this the past few weeks when I walk more than a little bit. No bleeding. Anyone else experiencing this ?
