Maybe this is a sign?!

About 2 weeks ago I had a vivid dream that I had twin girls and then tonight when I was preparing dinner I cut my pepper and it looked like this 😂 maybe I’m just losing my mind or maybe it is another sign. I did take a test 9dpo and 11dpo and both were negative so I don’t think this is my month but I hope next month 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
