Starting to have anxiety because I knew someone with a late term loss. TW

My aunt’s friend carried her son until the last few weeks of pregnancy when she noticed she hadn’t felt him move in a day or so. When she went to the hospital she learned he had passed. They could never figure out why but they think something about the cord looked off.

Now, this was a long time ago. Probably about 25 years ago, but it still impacts her even though she went on to have two more kids. I know it’s rare and probably even more rare today since we can monitor pregnancies better, but i still think about it.
