What is this? Help

I'm 22 weeks tomorrow, and went to the bathroom at work and this was in my panties. Google says it might be mucus plug, but I haven't had any pain or anything other than aches and pains of pregnancy. Please help.

It looks like some of your mucus plug; you don't normally have pain ect when losing it. 
It can regenerate though so it'll be okay 😊

It looks to be a small piece of it. But don’t worry because it grows back. Perfectly normal :)

It grows back, you will loose pieces of it no big deal no need for an ER trip, you can call your OB and let them know if you want.
