Relief from lower back pain?

Question

Currently 14w5d and having the WORST lower back pain for the last couple weeks. It’s suuuper low in my back, upper butt area on one side only. 
Not sure if it’s sciatic nerve pain or what but right now I can hardly walk it’s so painful 😭
Please give me all the tips and tricks that you know to help relieve this pain.

If you have a yoga ball bouncing/rocking on that helps! Otherwise heat pads, a warm bath (not HOT) and tylenol.

For me it was a "cow stretch" - if you look up cat/cow for yoga stretching that's the one. I would have pillows or something harder pressing into my back and stick out my stomach. It was the only thing that helped.
