Hello ladies yesterday I noticed this pink spotting when I wiped it was only that one time and haven’t had any since. No cramping, backache, or tightening. It freaked me out of course!!! I have my 28 week appointment Wednesday. Does this look worrisome? The day before this I noticed my thighs and pelvic felt very sore as if I did lower body workout which I didn’t. Terrified of preterm labor 😔
