ovulation test question?!

I have pcos and I'm taking vitex and cinnamon. I haven't had a period since valentines day of 2015. So I'm super irregular. My husband and I are seeing a doctor tomorrow but I tested for ovulation because I've been cramping and my breast are sore. 
Last week I was told this one was negative. 
I retested he next day and they were all negative, like you couldn't see the second line at all. 
So I tested today and I got this one. What do you guys think?
