My husband and I have had cold/sinus infections for the past week or so and my little one has been running a low grade fever all afternoon(he’ll be 2 months on the 9th), the highest that it’s gotten is 99.4 ... what should I do? Infant Tylenol/Motrin? Doctors appointment ASAP? Wait it out?

His 2 month wellness check/shots is scheduled for the 14th. So I’m even more nervous because he’s not had any of his shots and now he’s doing this.

He’s also been super fussy today and instead of his paci, he’s been knawing/sucking at his hands and finger.

Any help or advice is welcome! No negativity please.
